     Beginning cake decorating

 

 


In this four week class Chef Ann will teach you how to level, crumb and ice cakes.  You will learn fun color techniques, transfer designs, and many basic boarders You will also learn how to make roses, basket weave and more!

Intermediate cake decorating

           
   

 


In this four week class you will learn basic, tiered cake construction and a beginning level of 3-D design.  We will make a tiered shower cake, submarine sandwich, baby blocks and a princess castle!

Royal icing flowers

   


In this one night class Chef Ann will teach you to make a variety of royal icing flowers including roses, violets, daisies, carnations, pansies, lilies,
apple blossoms, etc.

Royal icing flowers can be saved for months to use in your cake decorating.

Fondant I And II

   

 

Have fun creating beautiful, unique cakes using rolled fondant.  Some of the techniques Chef Ann will teach in these classes include:  covering cakes with fondant, brush embroidery, swags, inlays and overlays, marbling, quilting and bow making.
